« Mission Opéra » in Valence
February 8 - February 16
Pedagogical and musical outreach project with four vocational high schools in the Valence area. Adapted version of the operetta « Daphnis and Chloé » by Offenbach, directed by Caroline Lhuillier Combal. Caroline MacPhie is both conductor and Artistic Director. The project involves a 5 day residence, followed by a concert on the 15 February at the Médiathèque François Mitterand in Valence. A second concert will take place on the 16 February, venue details to follow. In partnership with the Académie de Lyon (nationale education) and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.
